Chris Hill, Market Hall’s executive chef since 2018, leads the team that prepares every wedding meal on site. He has more than 39 years in hospitality, was raised in a two-cuisine household by an American father and a Vietnamese mother, and cooks elegant American-Southern food. Each couple meets him for a private tasting.
