There are three public Parking Decks & one Public Parking Lot available within two blocks of Market Hall in addition to plenty of available street parking. Some street parking is free and some have paid meters. Please look for meter signage. Parking on the Cobblestone Streets of Blake Street and Parham Street is free. Parking Rates

Parking Deck Rates

Hourly/Daily Rates for ALL Parking Decks:

  • $5 Flat Fee Per Car – Friday & Saturday (5 pm to 7 am)
  • Free on Sundays All Day
  • Free Parking Monday–Thursday from 7 pm to 7 am

Weekday Hourly Rates:

  • $1.50 per hour, first 4 hours
  • $2.00 per hour after 4 hours to daily maximum
  • $14 – daily maximum

City Market Parking Lot Rates

Hourly/Daily Rates:

$1 per hour – Mon–Fri (7 am–5 pm)
$8 daily maximum – Mon–Fri (7 am–5 pm)

Nightly/Weekend Rates:

$5 – Mon–Fri (5 pm–7 am)
$5 – Sat and Sun (24 hours)

Loading Zones for Vendors

Vendors must load into Market Hall using the Commercial Loading Zones at one of these two addresses:

  • 308 Parham Street, Raleigh, NC 27601
  • 215 Wolfe Street, Raleigh, NC 27601

Please be aware that this is a historic venue surrounded by cobblestone streets with uneven pavement. Plan accordingly.

Valet & Pre-Paid Parking

Valet Services

Should you wish to provide Valet Services for your guests, please contact Royal Parking to arrange this professional service, which will require a Valet Lane Permit through the City of Raleigh.

Validate Guest Parking

Should you wish to Validate your Guests’ Parking during your event at Market Hall, you can set up a Validation Code with the Passport Parking App. Your guests will receive a code to use in the app when they park, and you will only be charged when the code is validated. Please download the guide below to set up your account.
