Our Executive Chef Chris Hill has crafted a menu that features American Southern cuisine that surprises and delights. We customize each client’s food experience with a private tasting to discuss your menu, service style and dietary needs.

We have a full range of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and nut-free menu items available. We believe food will help tell the story of your event, and we cannot wait to hear what you have in mind!

Chris joined Market Hall in 2018 and brought with him over 39 years of hospitality experience. As the son of an American father and a Vietnamese mother, Chris grew up in a two-cuisine household with boisterous gatherings at dinner time. Chris has dedicated his time and efforts to cooking, sourcing out the premier ingredients and understanding the business of food. His favorite part of working at Market Hall is the history of the space and the team he gets to work with on a daily basis. Chef Chris enjoys the variety of each event and the opportunity to play a vital role in a client’s big day.

  • China, Glassware, Barware & Silverware Included. No renting extra and no running out!

  • Custom Menu Consultation Available. Allergies and special dietary needs are simple for us!

  • Our trained Servers & Bartenders will work together to provide stellar synchronized service for a smooth event.

  • Pricing Starts at $50 per person and up.

Market Hall provides a full range of bar services for your event. Select from our menu of beer, wine, spirits and signature drinks for your choice of open or consumption-style bar service.

We proudly support our local craft brewers and provide a rotating selection of craft beers on tap. After all, our location once housed Greenshields, Raleigh’s First Craft Brewery!


Bar Packages:

$45 Per Person and Up for Open Bar.

Consumption & Cash Bars Available if Food & Beverage Minimum is met.
