There are three public Parking Decks & one Public Parking Lot available within two blocks of Market Hall in addition to plenty of available street parking. Some street parking is free and some have paid meters. Please look for meter signage. Parking on the Cobblestone Streets of Blake Street and Parham Street is free. Please view the map at the bottom of this page or click the name of each lot to be taken to the City of Raleigh’s parking information page.

  • $5 Flat Fee Per Car Friday & Saturday 5pm to 7am

  • Free on Sundays All Day

  • Free Parking Monday-Thurday from 7pm to 7am

    Weekday Hourly Rates:

  • $1.50/hour, first 4 hours

  • $2.00/hour after 4 hours to daily maximum

  • $14 - daily max

valet & pre-paid parking for your guests:

Should you wish to provide Valet Services for your guests, please contact Royal Parking to provide this professional service which will require a Valet Lane Permit through the City of Raleigh.

Should you wish to Validate your Guests’ Parking during your event at Market Hall, you can setup a Validation Code with the Passport Parking App. Your guests will get a code to use and enter on the app when they park and you will be charged only when the code is validated. Market Hall is conveniently located within walking distance to the three major hotels in Downtown Raleigh City Center. While attending an event at Market Hall your guests will take a 7 minute walk to their hotel rooms at Marriott City Center, the Sheraton Raleigh and the Residence Inn Downtown Raleigh. This eliminates costly pre-party or after-party transportation needs and allows your guests to enjoy the night life, parks, entertainment, museums, restaurants, shopping and more that Downtown Raleigh has to offer!
